About Appliance Marshall Repair
Established in 2008, Appliance Marshall Repair began as a one-man operation and has grown into a thriving small business equipped to handle both appliance service and installation. Owner Marshall Morici began his career in the appliance industry in 1999, working for service companies in the northwest suburbs before venturing out on his own. In the 18+ years since inception, the company has steadily expanded. Today, we have five full-time field technicians, a full-time shop manager/installation assistant, and a dedicated office staff ready to assist with quote approvals, scheduling, and customer support.
Marshall, now in his early 40s, developed an early interest in obscure, unique, and high-end appliances, seeking out challenges that would sharpen his skillset and define the company’s niche. While our technicians are equipped to service nearly any residential appliance—foreign or domestic, built-in or freestanding—our true specialty lies in refined, advanced, and highly specialized equipment. One of our guiding principles says it best: “We will fix what other companies can’t or won’t.”
Appliance Marshall Repair is factory affiliated and authorized to service many leading brands, including the entire Bosch/Thermador/Gaggenau/Siemens family, Miele, Dacor, Fisher & Paykel/DCS, Viking, AGA Marvel, Scotsman, LaCanche, LaCornue, Ariston, Broan/Best by Broan, BlueStar, Zephyr, Lynx Grills, Kalamazoo Grills, Speed Queen, Liebherr, and more. For our customers, this means more than just repair capability—it means access to OEM replacement parts, manufacturer support, and the expertise required to restore high-end appliances—including older units—to top working condition. Even if your brand is not one we are directly affiliated with, we can still provide dependable, hassle-free service. And if you own Sub-Zero refrigeration or Wolf cooking equipment, you can be confident that Appliance Marshall Repair is experienced, capable, and prepared to service those products as well.
Beyond repairs, we provide delivery and installation services. We can coordinate our fleet for larger projects that require multiple technicians, vehicles, and extended time on site. Whether you are completing a full kitchen remodel or replacing individual appliances, we install ranges, refrigerators, cooktops, wall ovens, coffee machines, dishwashers, warming drawers, ventilation hoods, downdrafts, garbage disposals, washers, dryers, and more. We also offer dryer vent cleaning and replacement. From spring through fall, when weather allows, we service high-end residential grills such as Kalamazoo, Viking, Lynx, DCS, Dacor, and more.
In addition to in-home service, we offer in-shop service for customers who are able to bring their units to our location for assessment and repair. We also operate a new and reconditioned appliance showroom at 395 Cary Algonquin Rd, Cary, IL, where customers can browse a curated selection of refurbished and select new units. When you contact our office, we clearly explain the service process, outline expected costs, and provide a firm appointment window. On the day of service, our technicians call when they are on the way, diagnose the issue, and walk you through their findings along with any additional costs required to complete the repair. If parts need to be ordered, our office will contact you the same day they arrive so we can get you back on the schedule and your appliance running again as quickly as possible.
